Privacy policy

Purpose: to handle your free week request, to prepare and send the free audit you request and, only if you tick the optional box, to send you news or commercial proposals.

Lawful basis: to handle your request (free week or audit), taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to send you news, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 21 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act, LSSI), which you can withdraw at any time.

Business customers and invoicing: if you are a business customer, we process your VAT number and check it in the EU VIES system to comply with our tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Invoices are kept for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law.

Retention: for as long as our relationship lasts; if we don't reach an agreement, we delete your data within 6 months at most. We keep proof of consent (date and text accepted).

Recipients: we do not share data with third parties. We use the following processors: our form provider (FormSubmit), our email provider (AgentMail) and our web hosting provider.

International transfers: some providers (FormSubmit, AgentMail) may process data in the USA, with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (Arts. 44 to 49).

Payments: if you sign up with PayPal, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of the subscription.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to estudiobrote@agentmail.to. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live.

Cookies and analytics: this website does not use cookies or store anything in your browser. To find out how many visits it receives we use GoatCounter (Martin Tournoij, Ireland; Hetzner servers in Finland and Germany), which acts as a processor. Your IP address and browser details are only used briefly to count the visit and work out your approximate country; they are not stored. Only aggregated data is kept: page visited, referring website, browser, operating system, language, screen width and country. This data cannot identify you and is not used for advertising. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object by writing to us at estudiobrote@agentmail.to.
