General Terms and Conditions

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by the owner of Estudio Brote, a self-employed professional identified (name, tax ID and address) in the Legal notice. Contact: estudiobrote@agentmail.to. All other details are in the Legal notice.

2. What you are signing up for

Remote social media management, delivered in English or Spanish. There are three plans:

All prices include Spanish VAT (21%). On PayPal, the plans appear under their Spanish names: Básico (Basic), Medio (Standard) and Completo (Complete).

Business customers in other EU countries: email us at estudiobrote@agentmail.to for a quote. The quote will state how VAT applies.

Paid advertising is not included. The plans cover organic management of your social media.

We do not promise any specific results in followers, reach or sales.

Free Instagram audit: if you request it through the form on the website, we'll email it to you within 48 working hours at most (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national public holidays) from when we receive your request. It's free and with no commitment, and we will never ask for your passwords.

3. One-page website

• On Standard and Complete, it's included if you pay for the year upfront.
• On Basic, it costs €290, Spanish VAT (21%) included, as a one-off payment.
• The domain is always paid for by the client.
• Hosting is included for as long as you stay with us.

4. Price and payment

• Monthly payment: by PayPal subscription. PayPal charges the plan price every month.
• Annual payment: €1,500, €2,700 or €4,200, Spanish VAT (21%) included, paid upfront. It comes with 2 months free. To pay for the year, email us at estudiobrote@agentmail.to.

5. How to sign up

1. Choose a plan in the Prices section.
2. Click "Sign up ›". PayPal opens.
3. Check the plan and price on PayPal. If anything is wrong, you can go back or close the window before confirming.
4. Confirm the subscription on PayPal.
5. We send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.

For annual payment, email us. We'll reply with the amount and payment method before charging anything.

6. Correcting errors

Before you confirm payment, PayPal shows you the plan and the amount. You can correct it or cancel before accepting. If you spot an error afterwards, email us at estudiobrote@agentmail.to and we'll fix it.

7. Language and storage of the contract

• The contract can be concluded in Spanish or English. The language you sign up in is the language of the contract.
• We keep a copy of the contract and the confirmation. We email you the confirmation together with these terms. You can ask us for a copy by email at any time.
• These terms are always available on this page.

8. Cancellation

• Monthly payment: there is no minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like from your PayPal account (or by emailing us) and you won't be charged for the next month. The month already paid is not refunded, except under the consumer right of withdrawal (section 9).
• Annual payment with website included (Standard and Complete): we refund the unused months minus €290 for the website. The website stays yours.

9. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

This section only applies if you sign up as a consumer, that is, outside your trade, business or profession.

• You have 14 days from the date of the contract to withdraw without giving any reason.
• If you ask us to start the service during that period, you will pay a proportional amount for the service provided until you tell us you are withdrawing. We will only start before the 14 days are up if you expressly ask us to.
• To withdraw, use the online withdrawal form or email us at estudiobrote@agentmail.to saying that you are withdrawing. You can use the model form in the annex, but you don't have to.
• We will refund you within 14 days at most from when we receive your notice, using the same payment method.

10. Invoices

We email you invoices showing VAT separately.

11. Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live.

If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or in Spain, and we can only sue you in the courts of your country of residence. Business customers: courts of A Coruña (Spain).
