Frequently asked questions
How much does a social media manager cost for my business?
From €150 a month, Spanish VAT (21%) included. There are three plans: Basic (€150), Standard (€270) and Complete (€420). If you pay for the year upfront, they cost €1,500, €2,700 and €4,200 (2 months free).
Is there a minimum contract?
Not with monthly payment: cancel whenever you like and you won't be charged for the next month. With annual payment we refund the unused months (minus €290 if the website was included). Full details in the Terms.
What's the difference between the plans?
The number of networks, posts, stories and reels, and how much we do with comments, messages and reports. Complete also includes a monthly call.
Is paid advertising included?
No. The plans cover organic management of your social media.
Can you build my website too?
Yes, a one-page website. It's included in the Standard and Complete plans if you pay for the year upfront. With Basic it costs an extra €290, Spanish VAT (21%) included, as a one-off payment.
Who pays for the domain?
Always the client. Hosting is included for as long as you stay with us.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. The free week includes 3 sample posts, with no commitment and no card needed, and you can use them on your channels even if we don't carry on together. If you want a website, we'll make you a free mock-up.
What if I cancel after paying upfront?
On Standard and Complete with the website included, we refund the unused months minus €290 for the website, and the website stays yours.
Do you work with businesses in my country?
Yes. We work remotely with small businesses across the EU, in English and Spanish.
I'm a business outside Spain. How is VAT handled?
Prices include Spanish VAT (21%). Business customers in other EU countries: email us at estudiobrote@agentmail.to for a quote. The quote will state how VAT applies.
One week, free.
How it works: we prepare 3 sample posts with captions (the same as in the Basic plan), with no commitment and no card needed. If we don't carry on together, you can still use them on your channels. At the end we suggest a plan; it's your call.
Sample audit
Here's what our free audit looks like, using an example cake shop. We do it the same way for any type of business.
Illustrative example: not a client; name and details changed. We used the public information of a business that is not a client and changed its name and details; the images are illustrations created for this example.
The website doesn't help people order.
It shows no opening hours, address or way to order. Fix: a simple, temporary one-screen page with the essentials.
The seasonal product is invisible.
It barely appears in the last 9 posts. Fix: 3 seasonal posts with their own photos and an order deadline.
Opening hours don't match across pages.
Fix: confirm them and show the same hours on Google, in the bio and in a "How to order" highlight.
The full audit gives you 5 prioritised improvements in a short, clear PDF.
We'll tell you for free within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national public holidays). No cost and no commitment. We will never ask for your passwords.
Is your Instagram bringing you customers? We'll tell you for free within 48 working hours.
